ISM Patna offers an AICTE accredited PGDM Program which is designed with the objective of making students corporate-ready, either to become entrepreneurs, junior-level executives in the industry or to pursue higher education, by equipping them with a holistic view of the business environment, basic business functions and their interrelationships. The thrust of the program is on the attainment of emotional maturity and personality development of students through the acquisition of analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

In the year 2020 due to COVID 19, millions of people have lost their jobs. But ISM Patna was proficient to finish their placement process of students by the end of February. More than 30% of students were fortunate to obtain double offers. The average salary rose from 5 LPA to 6.0 LPA. Every student of the batch was successfully placed. The highest pay package offered and accepted was 18 LPA. The students of PGDM were opportune to get placed with reputed organizations like JustDial, Canara Bank, Byjus, Wipro, Flipkart and many others.
