One may feel free to know what is. When there was a dismal, dreadful outlook of job scenario in the State and when there was hardly any Institute which could impart proper training. And moreover, teaching to thousands of aspirant youth, specially with low financial capacity. However, to get them come off the ordeal of recruitment, both at the Govt. and Private Establishments, MIES (i.e. Majumder Institute of Education and Success) came into being about two decades back on the 6th June 1995. To give active support to these youth for their success in the competition-oriented examination conducted by different Recruitment Board/ Commissions.
